Packages

Decoration Package: $250 (added to base price)
Decorations of your color choices include but are not limited to the tulle swag
over the mirrors with strung pearls or crystals. Illuminated glass goblets with
LED lights in your color choice. Paper or satin lanterns in various shapes and
sizes, hanging swirls, ribbons, bows, draped fabric, party lights, satin fan
ceiling danglers and/or crystal doorway curtains in your color choices as well
as lighted apothecary jars & a decorated cake table. Also includes 2 decorators
for 2-3 hours to set up all decor prior to your rental time.

Bar Package: $250 (added to base price)
Includes use of the bar and bar equipment plus one licensed and certified bartender. Bar equipment includes all cocktail shakers and strainers, speed tops for your bottles, Flow-n-stow juice containers, one blender, corkscrews and bottle openers. It also includes paring knives, cutting boards and garnish bins to prepare and serve all of your cocktail fruit and garnishes. There are cocktail serving trays, champagne buckets, ice scoops and tongs as well as water pitchers to serve your guests. We also provide all of the cocktail napkins and drink stirrers plus fruit picks to dress up the drinks for your special night!

Table and Decoration Package: $400 (added to base price)
Includes everything from the Decoration Package (see above for details)
Plus table linens and skirts, table runners, buffet overlays, centerpieces,
diamond and other table confetti in your theme colors for 5 cocktail tables
& 7 large banquet & buffet tables as well as 16 sterno fuel containers for
your buffet tables. Also includes 2 decorators for 3-4 hours to set up all
tables and decor prior to your rental time.

Theme Party Package: $1000 and up (added to base price)
Includes the Table and Decoration package plus customized high quality
decorations for your themed event. Themes include, but not limited
to: Hollywood theme, 70’s party, 50’s party, Roaring 20’s/Gatsby
Theme, Mardi Gras, Masquerade, Arabian Nights, Moroccan Theme,
Caribbean Night, Vegas Theme, Casino Theme, Hawaiian Luau, Ice Cream
Shoppe etc. Bring us your ideas and we’ll make it happen! Also
includes 2 decorators for 4-5 hours to set up all decor prior to your
rental time.

50 12″ Helium Filled Latex Balloons of your color choice.  24 Chair sashes of your color choice.  3 Extra large flower arrangements in your theme colors for the cake table and main entrance.  5 Customized and designed signs with your photo and caption framed and positioned around the venue.  2 decorators for 4-5 hours to set up all tables and decor prior to your rental time.

Full Party Package: $1195 (added to base price)

Table & Decoration Package (see above for details)
12′ dessert table filled with a rainbow of delectables including; Belgian chocolate raspberry mousse, red velvet cakes, assorted cheesecakes, tiramisu, fruit tarts, cannolis, Italian pastries and other tasty treats.

The dessert table will feature a chocolate fountain with skewered strawberries pineapple , cantaloupe , blueberries and bananas, plus coffee and assorted teas.

7 Fresh flower arrangements for the front lounge and dessert table.  1 Extra large silk flower arrangements for the main entrance.

75 12″ Helium Filled Latex Balloons of your color choice.  24 Chair sashes of your color choice.  5 Customized and designed signs with your photo and caption framed and positioned around the venue.

1 Hired Party Attendant for 6 hours during your event plus 3 decorators for 4-5 hours to set up all tables and decor prior to your rental time.

Staff:

  • Security: $175
    (Security is mandatory for evening events with over 50 guests)
